My Egg Plant with 3 beautiful looking Brinjals.

My Okra plant as of today (Pssst …. I was able to gather around 14 Okra over last week and made my favourite Bhindi ki sabzi with lots of minced garlic, a dash of red paprika and chaat masala)

Feeling blessed, feeling thankful.

Feels awesome !!

This one turned out to be finger-licking good !!

That’s the link:

1.5 cups of rice soak for 4 hrs
Coconut water
1/2 of Coconut – grated
Yeast 1 tbs
elaichi powder
salt and sugar as per taste

Soaked rice … 1 tbsp rice.. grind and in a pan .. add more half a glass of water and cook it on low flame till it becomes like a lump

(This was a quick way to get the measurements right).

Raman Raghav 2.0 is a psychological crime thriller directed by Anurag Kashyap that released on June 24, 2016. It is based on the life of a serial killer called Ramanna played by  Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

When I first saw this trailer of Raman Raghav 2.0, I knew I had to watch it:

(For those of you who haven’t heard of this film, here’s the official trailer)

This movie is not for you if:

  1. You are fainthearted
  2. You are younger than 18 years of age
  3. You are not used to the Anurag Kashyap brand of movies
  4. You cannot digest blood and gore
  5. And you cannot digest a movie for the story as it is.

Ramanna kills for pleasure and is brutally savage with his victims who he picks randomly. There are plenty of scenes in this film that give you goose bumps.

The movie also stars Vicky Kaushal who plays the role of a drug snorting cop called Raghavan, who struggles to get a grip of his life.

How Ramanna and Raghavan’s characters seem different, yet connected is the crux of the story.

A one time watch if you savour thrillers.

My Rating: 3.2/5

My first Eggplant bloom:

Wonder if this will survive and bear fruit before the weather changes in a few weeks. It makes me happy nonetheless.

My First Okra from the season 🙂

That’s my first Okra from the plant. Most of my earlier blooms dried out, I then changed the location of this plant to lower its sun exposure. Well, better late than never 🙂

Garden Fresh Tomatoes 🙂

So what if they are the size of grape tomatoes … they sure have grown up well 🙂
